Ascot Racecourse achieves outstanding score in 2026 AA Quality Assured Racecourse assessment

We are proud to achieve an overall score of 94.11%, and particularly pleased to have scored above 90% across every area of the assessment. This is a fantastic reflection of the hard work that goes into delivering every raceday at Ascot and is testament to the commitment of our teams across the Racecourse. To see Staff, Racecourse and Cleanliness all score above 95% is especially rewarding. We will of course take on board the assessor’s recommendations for us to keep improving the customer experience, but it is wonderful to see the care and attention to detail shown by so many colleagues recognised in this way.
